Imagine that you have a choice, every hour of every day. And, in every situation, you have two options. You can choose to take action and address the obstacles in front of you, or you can choose to react, and avoid the obstacles in front of you.
How do you typically respond?
If you're like most of my clients, you'll tell me that it is the latter. That much of the time, you react to things happening around you. Indeed, the massive increase in stress that people suffer is because they believe that they cannot control so much of what is happening to them and that life is just one long series of crises.

There will still be times when something happens outside, and you have to react, but what about the everyday issues and challenges you face?
